How can I pay?

How will I get the invoice?
Whenever you buy a product or a recursive payment gets deducted, you will be emailed an invoice to your associated email address.
Do you offer discounts?
Yearly plans are already discounted from the monthly plans. For Staff Training (one-off), the more employees you select, the less you have to pay per employee.
Q: How can I add/change personal information from my account?
Click on your account in the top right corner of your dashboard and select settings from the drop down menu. This is where you can change or update your contact details and personal information. For more information, click here.

Q: Can I upgrade the package?
Yes, you can upgrade your package from payment methods or by directly choosing the desired package from the price plan in your dashboard. If you want to upgrade your package from payment methods, you can do this by clicking on ‘Add Payment Method.’ This will allow you to enter the required details required to upgrade. If you are upgrading directly from the price plan, simply choose the package and add your payment method.
Q: How can I refund?
Seers have a comprehensive refund policy in case an issue arises. You can refer to our ‘terms and conditions' on our website for further refund policy information.
Q: Can I add multiple domains with one package?
Yes, you can add multiple domains according to your price plan. You can add only one domain with Seers free account. But you can add more than one domain by subscribing or upgrading with our best value bundle or premium pack. To know more about Seers price plan click here.
Q: How can I delete my account?
To ‘delete’ your account and data please feel free to ‘contact us’ on support@seersco.com and open a ticket.
Q: What's the difference between the Free Edition and other plans?
The free plan has limited functionality that does not allow you to access the Cookie policy table, Prior Consent, Script manager, Consent log statistics, and Customization. You can find all these features in paid plans and much more according to the specific plan.
Q: For how long can I use the free plan?
You can use the free plan as long as you want but you will be missing out on an extensive range of features, some of which are necessary to be compliant.
